Day 194: Taxi Surcharges
It's about time I made an entry about those stupid surcharges I'm forced to pay at certain times of the day!
You probably cannot see this unless if it were enlarged (unless if you use Picasa to view this). Ugh...the additional costs I have to pay at certain times of the day just for riding a taxi. Money rippers!
